Since 2010 the Arts R Alive Sculpture Committee has proudly showcased sculptures created by both local artists and artists from all over the United States in Webster City Iowa's West Twin Park. Each yeah the committee volunteers their time to continue its mission of enriching the cultural interests of our city, region and state by promoting public art through sculpture.
